Beech's Dumpling Stand is a small hot food stall featuring Dumplings. It is owned and operated by Mr. and Mrs. Beech, a friendly grey-haired older couple.

It is located in the Habble Morning Marketplace, just off to the side of the market.[1]
Description[]
- Behind Beech's stall there is a small c-shaped alcove formed by the backs of other stalls. There were modest tables and chair an the feeling of seclusion.[2]
History[]
They moved up from Habble Landing about ten years ago. The Spirearch loved their cooking so much that he had offered them a position on his staff, but they preferred to make their own way. Lord Albion, the Spirearch, frequents their stand instead of waiting hours for food he disdains.[3]

1. The Aeronaught's Windless[]
Bridget and Benedict practice fighting then go to Beech's Dumpling Stand to eat with Gwen and Rowl, who loves the dumplings. [4] Gwen and Benedict incidentally bumped into Lord Albion at the stand ordering dumplings. The three sat and ate together with a pleasant chat. [1]
